1. Peel and Mash banana's into a medium bowl, until smooth.
2. Add 2 eggs, into the bowl, and mix.
3. Next Whisk the Flour and Baking Powder. Then set aside for 5 minutes.
4. Then Lightly spray your pan with oil and heat pan to medium.
5. Pour or spoon batter into pan and spread the pancake mixture, until 1cm thick. Repeat with remaining mixture.
6. Cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides, until pancakes are golden and cooked through.
